Frequently Asked Questions

What ways can I mount Art Show to my walls or glass?
- Into wallboard or drywall using screw and anchor provided. This is an easy process but does make a hole in your wall.
- Suction cup on to glass or very smooth surface makes for a very easy installation of the Art Show.
- Adhesive tape provided is extremely sticky and requires careful removal. With the adhesive tape, you can put the Art Show up anywhere. To remove use a hairdryer to heat the tape and carefully peel back. If paint surface is unstable (flaky or not bonded well) to begin with, the wall will most likely be damaged and need minor repair.
- Use the provided screws to secure to a wood surface all that is needed is a Phillips screw driver.
What tools do I need to install Art Show?
A Phillips screw driver if you decide to use the wall anchor and screw option, as well as scissors to cut the line to desired length. See video for all 4 options to install to your surface.
How much weight will the Art Show hold?
Art Show is designed to hang kid's paper artwork. If it is overloaded with heavy items, the line may sag excessively or break.
What ages are the products recommended?
Art Show is not a toy. There are small parts that can be swallowed. If there are children below three in the household please place above/out of their reach.
Art Saver is recommended for children three and up.
Art Tape is recommended for children three and up.
How easy is the Art Saver to assemble?
It takes less than 30 seconds for most people to assemble. Unfold the box, secure four flaps and it is ready for saving artwork.
Is Art Tape safe for painted surfaces?
Yes, however it is recommended that the tape be taken off the wall after an extended period (over 30 days). If the tape is exposed to sun the tape should be taken off the wall sooner as to avoid any residue being left on the wall.
Can I put the Art Show on other surfaces?
Yes, we have provided options to attach Art Show to almost any surface. Some of the options do require a whole in the surface so if you don't want to make a hole try one of the other options such as suction cups or the adhesive tape.
